MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur: The second monthly meeting of the Interim Board of Directors of Meranao Ako International Solidarity, Inc. has been successfully held at the Marawi Resort Hotel here Sunday.
The Interim Board finally ratified and approved the minutes of its previous meeting held in Iligan City on July 7, 2018.
It has also approved the following resolutions:
1 Approved the names of incorporators who will sign the papers to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
2. Approved the recruitment of chapters or councils in various areas in the country as well as abroad.
3. Designation of Mohammadali "Almen" Alonto as chair on the Committee on Culture, and Forester Salem Limpao as chair on the Committee on Environment.
4. The printing of T-Shirt bearing the Meranao Ako Insignia and ID cards, and thereby designating Ranao Publishing House as official printer provided a 15% commission out of its net income on the job for the Solidarity be shared to MAIS as part of its standing fund.
6. Other important issues were also resolved.
Present during the meeting were Dr. Ali B. Panda, interim president; Forester Salem Limpao, interim vice president for internal affairs; Datu Pento Pangcatan, interim vice president for external affairs; Masiding Noor Yahya, interim secretary; Judge Abdulhalim Saumay, interim treasurer; Manager Ibra G.
